Forbes Again Names Eagle Hill one of nation’s best management consulting firms

Arlington, Va., May 15, 2017 – Again this year, Forbes has named Eagle Hill Consulting one of America’s Best Management Consulting Firms. The 2017 Forbes ranking recognizes Eagle Hill as a standout consulting firm across two industries and three functional areas. The company consistently received a large number of positive recommendations from clients in the rankings.

Eagle Hill is recognized by Forbes in the Internet, Media and Entertainment industry and in the IT and Technology industry. For functional areas, Eagle Hill earned high marks for Strategy, Organization and Operations. This is the second year running that Eagle Hill has landed on the Forbes list.

“We’re racking up awards because we have smart and committed people who understand how to collaborate with our clients to get their desired business results,” says Melissa Jezior, president and chief executive officer of Eagle Hill Consulting. “But it’s not enough to hire top talent. We have to help them grow professionally and make them want to stay. And we do just that,” Jezior says.

Eagle Hill is known for avoiding the consulting firm common trap of burning out bright minds. Even as the company grows at a rapid pace, Eagle Hill boasts a family culture that provides real work-life balance. The company offers an environment with “family” meetings, career advocates, book clubs and employee-driven community service projects.

“Ultimately, it’s our clients who benefit from our employee-friendly culture. We come to work charged and ready to deliver results,” Jezior explained. “Our clients know that Eagle Hill has a stable of sharp, experienced staff who can solve their business challenges.”

The company reports employee retention at 93 percent and employee satisfaction at 96 percent. Recently, the company earned accolades from ALM Research, propelling Eagle Hill into a leadership position in the management consulting arena at an international level.
