JACK KELLEY

Jack Kelley, a management consultant with over 40 years of experience, co-founded Eagle Hill Consulting in 2003. Jack, as an Eagle Hill Executive, assists the firm in shaping the firm’s overall vision and strategy, and driving overall business success. Throughout his career, Jack has achieved a consistent track record of growth, profitability, and overall business success in diverse areas and markets delivering results through excellence in client consulting, building and sustaining client relationships, and executive management.

Jack brings to Eagle Hill extensive experience in strategic management, business process reengineering, information technology, executive management, and organizational strategy and design. Throughout his career, Jack has directly consulted with many Fortune 50 and international companies around the world spanning the media, communications, manufacturing, and hospitality industries along with the Federal government. Prior to founding Eagle Hill, Jack was a senior managing partner with Accenture responsible for leading several of Accenture’s major operating units in both the US and Asia Pacific.

After retiring from Accenture in 2000, Jack became an Executive Partner with the Executive Program at the School of Business at the College of William and Mary. In this continuing role he maintains on a part-time basis, Jack enjoys giving lectures on international business, eCommerce, strategy and business value management, and project management topics and mentoring and advising many MBA students and student teams. In addition, Jack has received numerous awards, given countless speeches, and has been published, featured, and quoted in a number of major publications around the world throughout his career.

Jack received his BA in Economics from Lafayette College and went on to receive his MBA from Lehigh University. Outside of his current responsibilities with Eagle Hill, Jack spends his time on hiking, biking, traveling, and spending time with family.
