KELLY BEELAND

Kelly Beeland, a senior management consultant with over 14 years of experience, is responsible for identifying and developing new business leads across the Federal government. In this role, Kelly is responsible for defining Eagle Hill’s business development strategy and objectives, building strong relationships with new clients, identifying and building relationships with potential teaming partners, and the overall sales and marketing efforts at Eagle Hill’s target agencies.

Kelly brings to Eagle Hill a deep expertise in organizational change management and human capital management. In addition, Kelly has extensive experience in leading and implementing large scale projects focused on business strategy, stakeholder management, communication management, workforce planning, learning and competency development, business process re-engineering, and program/project management. Kelly’s experience spans across the Federal, and State Governments.

In 2009, Kelly served as the lead author of Eagle Hill’s Leadership Training and Development Best Practice study. Under her guidance, Eagle Hill conducted a detailed study of 19 organizations across the Federal government, academia, and commercial / nonprofit sectors to identify best practices in leadership training and development. The study identified six best practices that effective leadership development programs consistently demonstrate.

Prior to joining Eagle Hill in 2008, Kelly was a Senior Manager with Accenture in their Talent and Organization Performance division. Kelly received her BA in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and currently serves as the Chair of the Development Committee for her graduating class. Outside of her current responsibilities at Eagle Hill, Kelly enjoys practicing Iyengar yoga and raising her young son with her husband.
