Stephanie Mount, with over 12 years of experience, is responsible for leading and overseeing one of Eagle Hill’s key accounts. In this role, she is responsible for delivering results to clients and ensuring their highest satisfaction. She also supports the firm’s business development efforts.
Stephanie brings to Eagle Hill a deep expertise in organizational change management and training. In addition, Stephanie has extensive experience in projects focused on organizational strategy, business process re-engineering, communication management, stakeholder management, performance management, and program/project management. Stephanie’s experience spans multiple industries including media and entertainment, telecommunications, and the Federal government where she has consistently delivered significant business value on mission critical projects and helped clients to address their change management challenges.
In addition, Stephanie has been recognized for her experience in strategic planning. In 2009, along with Eagle Hill’s President, Stephanie was asked to present an approach to strategic planning and facilitate a panel of business executives from the broadcast industry at the National Association of Broadcaster’s annual convention in Las Vegas.
Prior to joining Eagle Hill in 2007, Stephanie was a change management professional at Accenture. Stephanie received her BA from the University of Kansas and went on to receive her MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. Outside of her current responsibilities at Eagle Hill, Stephanie enjoys teaching classes at Gold’s Gym, cooking for her family and friends, and spending time with her husband.
