Eagle Hill Consulting presented at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) 2009 Conference

As part of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) 2009 Conference held in Las Vegas, Eagle Hill Consulting presented a workshop on “Building and Implementing an Effective Strategic Plan” on April 19, 2009. Eagle Hill President, Melissa Jezior, along with Stephanie Mount, an Eagle Hill senior management consultant, conducted the session that focused on the operational keys to planning for and implementing a successful strategic business plan. In addition, the session focused on today’s complex and ever-changing environment and how best to avoid several of the common pitfalls in the broadcasting industry.

Eagle Hill was joined by and interviewed a panel of business executives from the broadcast industry who shared their thoughts, insights, and experiences on strategic planning and execution. The panelists included: Sarah Foss, President & CEO, VCI Solutions; Michelle Pampin, Strategic Business and Marketing Consultant; and George Sirven, Station Manager, KTBS-TV, KPXJ-CW21, & LifeWise Cable Media.
