Cites Company’s Dynamic Culture, Commitment to Employees and
Work-life Balance among Key Strengths
Eagle Hill Consulting, a management consulting firm specializing in strategy, organization and process design, was named to Washingtonian magazine’s “2009 Great Places to Work” list for the second year in a row, in the magazine’s November issue, out today.
“This recognition speaks to the commitment that Eagle Hill has to its employees and its clients,” said Melissa Jezior, founder and president of Eagle Hill Consulting. “Eagle Hill is committed to creating a dynamic culture and fostering that spirit in their employees, and it shows. Our employees love the firm, in fact 80 percent of our recent hires are employee referrals,” concluded Jezior.
Every other year since 1999, Washingtonian magazine has chosen Great Places to Work in the Washington, D.C.-area based on a range of criteria, including, generous pay and benefits, challenging and interesting work, great work-life balance, opportunities to learn and grow, financial stability, commitment to charity and community and the recognition and respect given to their employees.
The 2009 winners were chosen by a panel of editors and writers who reviewed more than 200 company applications as well as employee surveys submitted by employees from each organization. The final selections heavily relied on scores given by company employees.
"Being involved in our community is part of Eagle Hill’s identity. Our firm has strong ties to our local community and supports our employees’ interest in making a difference."
