CONFERENCE CENTER

Business Challenge
This newly constructed set of corporate conference and training facilities needed business processes and systems to manage their operations. Without these capabilities, the facilities would not be able to open for business.

Solution
Eagle Hill developed the enterprise business architecture and an accompanying long range system application plan for this large state-of-the-art network of newly-constructed corporate conference and training campuses. We also assisted with the design and implementation of the new business processes, organization structure and systems. The business architecture covered food and lodging, room reservation, financial, administration, and a course scheduling, classroom and meeting room scheduling and registration system for the organization. Finally, we supported the implementation with program management, business process design and change management activities.

Results Achieved
Once implemented, this business architecture and set of applications enabled the centers to open for business on time, handle large volumes of conference attendees and trainees with a very efficient and up-to-date operation.
