This telecommunications client developed a new leading-edge concept network product utilizing new network technologies and needed assistance in planning and developing a pilot implementation at selected external customer sites.

Eagle Hill also assisted in defining the success criteria for the various project work streams and deliverables. As advisors and coordinators of the pilot program, we worked with the project team to maintain the vendor requirements. To do this, Eagle Hill communicated and tracked issues with software vendors, supported core internal pilot users, tracked pilot participant user complaints and coordinated with the external pilot team for improvements and user feedback.
We supported the implementation of the external pilot with potential users. This work included developing and communicating external pilot procedures and processes consisting of roll-out, operations and service and incident management support and providing input to the team for additional product requirements that were identified as part of the pilot.
The new pilot product launched successfully at key user sites and provided the client a basis to evaluate the viability, utility and robustness of this innovative new product.
