Program Management Strategy
A Federal Department needed to develop a program management office (PMO)
for an unfunded mandate with an evolving number of inter- and intra-related
projects. The mandate applied to 39+ agencies within the department.
The PMO would be used to determine how to identify and allocate funding,
align projects and sub-projects that were subject to the mandate and
maintain compliance with government regulations included those put forth
