As employees manage ever-full workloads in a reality where the lines between work and home life are blurrier than ever, they’re feeling increasingly overwhelmed. In fact, recent research indicates 57 percent of U.S. employees are burnt out. Integrating Employee Health and Well-being into Daily Work Life is an interactive program that equips organizations and their people with tools to identify employee burnout, support employee health, well-being and connection, and drive organizational productivity.
