Associate

Associates build foundational consulting skills through client delivery, teamwork, and problem solving on client projects. They develop communication, analytical, and collaboration skills while gaining exposure to clients, teams, and Eagle Hill solutions. Associates are expected to contribute positively to teams, build strong relationships, and continuously learn through feedback and experience. 

Senior Associate

Senior Associates independently drive deliverables or workstreams, contribute to client outcomes, and begin developing deeper expertise. They apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality work, build credibility with clients and colleagues, and support team success through collaboration and mentorship. 

Manager

Managers lead project delivery, guide teams, and drive strong client outcomes while balancing delivery, relationship management, and business development responsibilities. They oversee complex workstreams, develop scalable solutions, and support team growth through coaching and knowledge sharing. 

Senior Manager

Senior Managers oversee complex work and multiple teams while driving strategic client outcomes and business growth. They apply deep expertise to solve complex challenges, strengthen delivery quality, shape growth opportunities, and develop talent and capabilities across teams. 

Director

Directors are responsible for leading large-scale delivery, driving business growth, and shaping strategic direction across teams, clients, and capabilities. They are expected to build trusted relationships, guide the development of innovative and scalable solutions, and align priorities to achieve business goals. Directors also establish standards for quality, capability development, and leadership across the organization. 

Senior Director

Senior Directors lead complex business portfolios, drive organizational growth strategies, and influence firmwide delivery, innovation, and talent priorities. They are expected to shape long-term opportunities, strengthen executive-level relationships, and guide the evolution of differentiated solutions and capabilities that position the firm for future growth. Senior Directors foster alignment across team and business priorities to drive sustained organizational impact.
