Eagle Hill has six career levels with specific capabilities for each. Employees are promoted when they’ve demonstrated their ability to consistently perform well at their current level and have begun to demonstrate capability at the next level.
Associates bring experience in solution development and analytical thinking from a variety of professional industries and functions. They provide real contributions to our project teams, firm activities, and company growth.
Senior Associates have a minimum of 2 years of management consulting experience, where they are often able to take on increasing levels of responsibility across their project and firm activities.
Managers have 5+ years work experience. At a minimum, they have 2 years client-facing management consulting experience and 1 year in a manager role with direct reports at a management consulting firm. They lead solution development, manage client relationships, and are responsible for project delivery.
Senior Managers have at least 5 years of consulting experience, including 3 years operating at the manager level. They may take on increased account and business development responsibilities in addition to project delivery.
Directors have at least 10 years of consulting experience and are able to lead accounts and firm-wide efforts across Eagle Hill’s core service lines and industries. Directors are also responsible for achieving sales and revenue goals within their accounts.
Senior Directors have a proven track record of building and running a consulting business across Eagle Hill’s core service lines and client industries. Senior Directors develop and drive industry strategies and pipelines that support the Eagle Hill’s overall strategy and financial goals. They are responsible for employee engagement and mentoring and developing next-line leaders.
