University of Virginia
Favorite part of working at Eagle Hill

Our growth mindset! As a team, we constantly question if there’s a better way, invest in new ideas, actively seek feedback and embrace learning from our mistakes – all in the spirit of doing what’s best for our clients and our people.

My favorite quote

“Happiness lies not in finding what is missing, but in finding what is present.” – Tara Brach

What “breaking away from the expected” means to me

Bringing new and exciting ideas to the table by having the creativity and confidence to steer away from the traditional path.

My favorite author

Pat Conroy. His love for and detail in writing about the south, combined with his stories about coming-of-age, family struggles and history, keep me coming back to his works.

Most significant role model

My mom. She raised my sister and me on her own after my dad passed away when we were young. Her strength, selflessness, and resiliency are characteristics I strive to apply in my own life.
