The Washington Business Journal’s 11th annual Best Places to Work program honors 85 companies that scored highest among hundreds of employers that participated in Quantum Workplace’s annual employee engagement survey. The results are quantitative, and are based on survey responses from employees rather than a panel of outside judges. Employees were asked to rate different aspects of their work, including communication and resources, work-life balance, personal engagement, managerial effectiveness, team dynamics, trust in leadership among other areas.
“This win says that as Eagle Hill grows, we are staying true to our employee centric culture – and that’s non-negotiable for me,” says Melissa Jezior, president and chief executive officer of Eagle Hill. “Of course, managing rapid growth, client needs, and the employee experience can be a balancing act.
