I spent a month straight in the Cascade Mountain range backcountry and glaciers, where I was once dropped into a crevice to figure my way out!
A life change that seemed risky at the time, but turned out positive
Early on in my consulting career I left to try my hand at real estate. I learned a lot about real estate and people during those few years. I still love going to open houses!
One word my colleagues would use to describe me
Efficient.
What “breaking away from the expected” means to me
It means listening to your clients, building a partnership with them and being willing to push back or say no when you feel that is what’s needed to help your client be successful.

My parents – they taught me the values of working hard, treating others well and unconditional love and support.
