Arlington, Va., December 4, 2017 – Eagle Hill Consulting is returning to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to provide management consulting services via a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Previously, the company successfully delivered business process improvement and program management services required by a Presidential Memorandum.
Under the BPA, Eagle Hill will deliver a range of human capital consulting services, including workplace engagement strategy, workshops, coaching and professional development support for the U.S. Trustee Program (USTP). This national program oversees the administration of bankruptcy cases and private trustees to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the bankruptcy system. The USTP consists of an Executive Office in Washington, D.C., and 21 regions with 92 field office locations nationwide.
“In 2004, Eagle Hill’s first project was to improve the U.S. Department of Justice business operations and to stand up a new office,” said Melissa Jezior, president and chief executive officer of Eagle Hill. “We delivered, and now DOJ trusts Eagle Hill’s experienced team to again bring innovative ideas and achieve results. Our history with the agency and deep experience at other government agencies will enable our team to quickly assess and address the unique human capital needs and challenges at the USTP.”
The BPA award signifies Eagle Hill’s continued prominence in the government sector. Eagle Hill has delivered management consulting services under contracts with agencies including the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of the Treasury.
