Where I find inspiration in day-to-day life
Music. Any emotion or thought I might have has already been expressed and recorded by somebody, somewhere.
A life change that seemed risky at the time, but turned out positive
Leaving the world of science and healthcare and joining Eagle Hill!
The qualities that make me an “unconventional” consultant
I try to learn something new every day, and the next day I try to apply it to a deliverable, client interaction, or internal initiative. Repeating the same things just for the sake of routine or comfort prevents us from meeting our potential, both as colleagues and as a firm.
My favorite part of working at Eagle Hill
The people. Everyone is smart, competent, and supportive, and people have surprising backgrounds and unusual paths that led them to EHC. Every employee brings something different to the company.
Guitar. I’m not very good, but it’s fun to make loud noises.
The most valuable piece of advice I’ve ever received
Identify what motivates you intrinsically.
