Technology, Media & Entertainment Industry Executive at Eagle Hill Consulting
John McCoskey is an industry-recognized technology, operations and policy executive, with background spanning broad media & entertainment, broadcast, satellite, intellectual property and Internet technologies. His previous roles include EVP & CTO at the Motion Picture Association of America where he led global technology policy and strategy; the first-ever CTO at the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS); VP, Product Development at Comcast; CTO and co-founder at Brief Original Broadcasts; and SVP, Technology and CTO at Discovery Communications. He is currently a Senior Member of IEEE and a Fellow of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers.
Mr. McCoskey holds two MS degrees from Johns Hopkins and a BSEE from Bucknell University. He is an inventor with 24 issued & 27 pending U.S. utility patents. Mr. McCoskey and his PBS team received a Technology and Engineering Emmy® award in 2010 for pioneering work on digital television workflows.

Melissa Jezior has built a management consulting firm that has twice been honored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce with their Blue Ribbon Award for growth in a challenging economic environment and recognized by the Washington Post and Washingtonian as one of the best places to work. By breaking away from the traditional management consulting business model Melissa has created a more collaborative, family-driven type of consultancy. Under her leadership, the company is growing rapidly by blending the nimbleness and family-driven culture of a smaller firm with the approaches, methodologies, and capabilities of a larger firm which has been paramount to the company’s success.
Melissa attended the College of William and Mary, where she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration. She is the mother of three young children and the wife of a military doctor.

Jack Kelley is a seasoned leader who contributes his unique blend of expertise and commitment to the firm’s “Unconventional Consulting.” Jack offers wisdom and experience only gained through four decades of success in management consulting. He has served clients in a variety of industries around the world—including telecommunications, media & entertainment, technology, digital and ecommerce, financial services, hospitality industries, and beyond. Among his specialties: strategy development, business transformation, technology strategy, and operating model development.
Jack resides in Washington, D.C., with his wife. He is the proud father of two children and six grandchildren.
